The faculty management services include the full range of technical management, and heating-cooling, ventilation, hot water supply, boiler-rooms, electric systems, water and drainage, chimney-sweeping, cleaning, pest control, gardening, snow and ice removal, custodial services, environmental protection and work safety services, as well as the monitoring and operation of the fire detection systems.
We perform the above listed services mainly with our own staff, however for certain specialized work we employ sub-contractors.
